Meeting/Event Information

Leucadia 101 Mainstreet Association is pleased to announce its Annual Battle of the Bands will be held Saturday May 23, 2026 at The Brown Studio/Atacama Surf Shop. This event is a competition for local youth bands, and the winning band will get an opening spot to play at L101’s music festival Summer Fun on the 101 on June 20th, 2026 in Leucadia Roadside Park.

🎵 Runner Up will be invited to play at LeucadiART Walk on August  30th, 2026.
🎵 Top 3 Bands will get to play at the Moonlight Concert Series  hosted by the City of Encinitas
🎵 Bands will get 10-20 minutes to play. Judges include local music celebs with no set criteria - may the best band of the day win!

*Members must be high school age or younger & at least one bandmate that attends a School in Encinitas School District or Encinitas Resident to compete!
